Notes: Used Arrow Converting Equipment UV Silicone Coating Line equipped with a 40" maximum diameter cantilevered unwind (3" air shaft, Montalvo V400 Series pneumatic brake, closed-loop taper tension control with ultrasonic radius sensor), Coast Controls edge guide, 3-roll offset gravure coater with chambered doctor blade (8" diameter rubber-covered and undercut backing roll, 8" diameter gravure roll, 8" diameter transfer roll, 2 HP motors driving each roll except gravure which is 3 HP), Fergesen Design model FDN-20500D 3-Lamp UV dryer (Arc-type lamps rated at 500 WPI, note: exhaust fan not included), 2-roll "S" wrap cooling section with 6" diameter chrome-plated coloing rolls and 2 HP motor, score slitting section with anvil roll and (1) pneumatically loaded score knife holder, 40" maximum diameter cantilevered rewind (3" air shaft, pneumatic clutch, closed loop taper tensions control with ultrasonic radius sensor, 10 HP motor), Eurotherm 690+ AC drives, Allen-Bradley SLC 500 PLC, and Allen-Bradley PanelView 550 HMI.
