Rewind is equipped with lightweight Goldenrod air shafts for 6" core IDs, drum with nip and dancer position tension control, full speed flying splice (over/under), Accuweb electric offset pivot edge guide. Can run minimum gap with or without layon roll. Magnetek drives. No HMI or PLC. Includes Dalmec manipulator on a rail system for pulling shaft and setting cores.
