1998 Bruckner 3-layer BOPP film extrusion line, 6,600 mm working width, 280 m/min max speed, up to 2,000 kg/h output, with cascade main extruder, Simplas auto-profile die, thermal-oil MDO/TDO, turret rewinder, Atlas 11-station slitter, and Erema recycling unit.

Used Una Dyn model MB Megablender 4-Part Gravimetric Blender, a batch type blender equipped with vacuum loader and 3 HP vacuum power unit (460V/3Ph/60Hz).

2005 Bruckner 3-layer BOPP film extrusion line, 8,200 mm working width, 425 m/min line speed, up to 4,000 kg/h output at 25 µm, with twin-screw B extruder, automatic die, MDO/TDO stretching, turret rewinder, and Atlas 12-station slitter.

2003 DMT five-layer co-extrusion film line with five Mitsubishi extruders (5,900 kg/h total output), EDI 5-layer die, MDO/TDO orientation sections, EGS thickness gauging, Softal top and bottom corona treaters, 6.6 m winder width, 390 mpm line speed, and 14.9 KT nameplate capacity.

Used 1.25" Wayne extruder, 24:1 L/D, 25 pph max output @ 125 rpm (5–10 pph normal), 5 HP motor, drives and temperature controls in portable cabinet, 575°F max temperature, 6500 psi max pressure, 3 barrel heat zones, air-cooled, mounted on steel plate.

Used 1200mm CMG PVC Cling Film Blown Film Extrusion Line equipped with gravimetric/volumetric material feeding and blending system with overhead hoppers, single-layer extruder with 120mm single screw, blown film die head with air cooling ring, collapsing frame and haul-off unit, double back-to-back rewinder, 1200mm film width, chiller included (4,000 m³ capacity, 56 kW cooling capacity). Maximum output: 180 kg/h.

Used SML CAST COEX 7 seven-layer cast film extrusion line for LLDPE stretch film, 2500mm working width, 4600 kg/h nominal capacity, 12–70 micron, with seven extruders (six 75mm, one 90mm, Doteco gravimetric dosing), automatic profile control die, double chill roll unit with beta-ray gauges, winder, palletizing, and full in-line EREMA recycling loop with 8th extruder

Used Weima model WLK18 Shredder, a 90`` wide shredder, complete with infeed and outfeed conveyors, control cabinet, and 2 x 120 HP motors (460V/3 Ph), New in 2006. Retooled and tested in 2012.

72" Cloeren EBR V automatic extrusion die (new in 2022, never used) with Autogauge 6254 lip adjustment system (1" centers), 72" lip slot width, multi-component deckle system, 0.025" nominal lip gap, stainless steel GemNi nickel-plated die bodies, seven thermocouples, lip heaters, spare parts; extrudes LDPE and EVA at 600–700 lbs/hr (900 max)

Used Davis Standard blown adhesive bubble line with 3.5" model 350S extruder (24:1, 75 HP DC motor), Extek hydraulic screen changer, custom blown film die with rotating air ring, 16" 2-position unwind with AccuWeb guiding, score slitting, 16" 3-position surface rewind, 480V/3Ph.

Used Republic Machine model RM52-100-E-15-2-60D single shaft shredder, new in 2012, configured as a 52" wide x 60" long cutting chamber size reduction system for plastics with air discharge.

Used 2" Sterling extruder on carriage, 30:1 L/D, electrically heated/fan cooled, 25 HP Spectrum DC drive with blower, Barber Coleman heater controls, gearbox (13.95:1, 125 RPM), 63" centerline height, Whitlock vacuum receiver.

Used Bruckner 3-Layer BOPP Film Extrusion Line equipped with three (3) extruders (90mm coex extruder with 3-components dosing system

Used Bruckner 5-layer BOPP film extrusion line (ABCDE, 10–70 micron, 2500 kg/h) with five extruders (two 90mm, two 120mm single-screw, one 139mm twin-screw), Simplas die, Thermo Fischer thickness gauge, MDO, TDO, two Mero corona treaters, 6600mm turret rewind, Siemens S7; includes Atlas slitter and spare parts.

Used Bruckner 3-layer BOPP film extrusion line (ABC, 2500 kg/h) with three extruders (200mm+250mm main, two 90mm Coex), 1054mm Simplas die (37 bolts, 7 zones), MDO, TDO (8500mm max width), two corona treaters, flame treater, 450mm rewind, 1988 Goebel Monoslit slitter, Simoreg drives, all spares.

Used 450mm Custom Laboratory Calender Line equipped with 1200mm maximum diameter single position unwind, 2-roll calender stack on rails (hot oill heated, 149mm roll diameters - one engraved, one smooth), 1200mm maximum diameter single position rewind.
