Used 2010 Sung An Machinery coater laminator (previously clean-room located) for 6 - 30 inch web widths at 3 - 110 FPM, with dual 30-inch turret unwinds, cartridge coating head with four trolleys, 24 ft six-zone flotation dryer, 20 kW IR heater, laminator section, 30-inch turret rewind, Siemens/Parker AC vector drives and controls on 415V/3Ph/50Hz. All line software has been backed up.

**All PLC and HMI software has been backed up and will be included with the line. Used PTi/Bandera HVTSE 70mm-52D five-layer sheet co-extrusion line for foamed PET, producing 43.31" wide sheet at 0.012" - 0.043" thick and 770 - 1,650 pph. Includes three extrusion systems, three-roll take-off, thickness measurement, cantilevered shaft winder with accumulator, transfer roll coater, trim recovery, and TITAN Plus PLC control on 460V/3Ph/60Hz.

Used 62" Black Clawson coating head equipped with a roll out cartridge for three roll or Mayer rod coating. Includes mechanical drive stand with three (3) 3 HP AC motors. Additional cartridges available.

Used 450mm Custom Laboratory Calender Line equipped with 1200mm maximum diameter single position unwind, 2-roll calender stack on rails (hot oill heated, 149mm roll diameters - one engraved, one smooth), 1200mm maximum diameter single position rewind.

Used Davis Standard blown adhesive bubble line with 3.5" model 350S extruder (24:1, 75 HP DC motor), Extek hydraulic screen changer, custom blown film die with rotating air ring, 16" 2-position unwind with AccuWeb guiding, score slitting, 16" 3-position surface rewind, 480V/3Ph.

Used SML-Starlinger extrusion coater laminator with 1500mm dual-position unwind, extrusion lamination section (75mm extruder, 28:1 L/D, 1150–1700mm die), laminating nip, 1500mm center surface rewind; PP, PE, additives; 1550mm max net width

New, never used HH Nonwovens model HHM-PP2600SSS three-beam 2600mm spunbond PP line for 15–90 gsm and 1.25–2.5 denier, with three 150mm extruders and one 105mm co-extruder, three spinning beams, six spinnerets, stretching devices, web former, 3-roll thermobonding calender, winder, ABB drives, Siemens S7-200 PLC; 16–19 TPD at 40 gsm.

Used 60" Stanford 252 FW reversible salvage rewinder/doctor machine with 30" unwind and 30" simplex rewind (3" lug air shafts, rider rolls), Dynaweb dancer tension control with taper, Fife CDP-01 edge guide, razor-in-grooved-roll slitting, 2000 FPM, 20 HP Yaskawa V1000 drive, 460/3/60, Allen-Bradley MicroLogix PLC.

Used 1350mm Uteco Onyx 808 gearless flexographic CI press, 1300mm print width (675mm min), 350mm–850mm repeat, with 1300mm automatic turret unwind (flying splice), BST edge guides, eight motorized print decks (CNC positioning), chambered doctor blades, 8 sleeves with fast change, hot oil drying, Grafikontrol video system, 1300mm turret rewind.

Used 62" AGL 64 industrial laminator with three integral unwinds (30", 24", 18" max diameter), transducer tension control, Magpowr Cygnus edge guide, 64" x 10" silicone-covered internally heated laminating rolls (50 Shore A, 10,000W each), 36" rewind with taper tension control, safety light curtain, 220V/1Ph, 80 fpm max.

Used Stanford model 142 LT doctor machine/salvage rewinder with 30" cantilevered unwind, Fife edge guide, razor-in-grooved-roll slitting, and 24" cantilevered rewind.

Used Appleton model 81010 core cutter for 120" x 3" diameter (ID) cores with pedal controlled cut and manual core advance.

Used Fusion UV Systems model DRW-50QNH 50" wide UV curing unit with five 10" microwave-excited UV units (6000 watts/inch), Delta F oxygen analyzer, reaction chamber with UV shielding, nitrogen delivery for inert irradiation, quartz filters, pneumatic clamshell web handling; reportedly under 200 hours use.

Used Black Clawson Turret Rewind. Equipped to handle 50" maximum diameter rolls, and equipped with 3" & 6" diameter air shafts, roll changer for automatic operation, operator console. two motors but no drives are included.

Used 2" Sterling extruder on carriage, 30:1 L/D, electrically heated/fan cooled, 25 HP Spectrum DC drive with blower, Barber Coleman heater controls, gearbox (13.95:1, 125 RPM), 63" centerline height, Whitlock vacuum receiver.

Used Bruckner 3-layer BOPP film extrusion line (ABC, 2500 kg/h) with three extruders (200mm+250mm main, two 90mm Coex), 1054mm Simplas die (37 bolts, 7 zones), MDO, TDO (8500mm max width), two corona treaters, flame treater, 450mm rewind, 1988 Goebel Monoslit slitter, Simoreg drives, all spares.

Used Bruckner 5-layer BOPP film extrusion line (ABCDE, 10–70 micron, 2500 kg/h) with five extruders (two 90mm, two 120mm single-screw, one 139mm twin-screw), Simplas die, Thermo Fischer thickness gauge, MDO, TDO, two Mero corona treaters, 6600mm turret rewind, Siemens S7; includes Atlas slitter and spare parts.

Used Nordmeccanica Triplex Combi coater laminator, manufactured 1994 with 2021 controls renovation, 1280mm web width, 300 mpm max speed, three 1000mm turret unwinds, 1000mm turret rewind, gravure and solventless trolleys, two double drying hoods, 2-component mixing unit, two Vetaphone corona treaters, Allen Bradley PLC.

Used Republic Machine model RM52-100-E-15-2-60D single shaft shredder, new in 2012, configured as a 52" wide x 60" long cutting chamber size reduction system for plastics with air discharge.

Used Enercon 60" wide Single Side Bare Roll Corona Treater. 60" wide x 7" OD lead in and lead out rolls.r

Used 88" Beloit Automatic Turret Rewind, a shaftless turret rewind good for 60" maximum diameter rolls

Used 82" PCMC two-position phantom-axis turret unwind, up to 48" max diameter, shaftless with 6" chucks, independent arms, regenerative drives, dual direction splicer, speeds up to 1800 FPM.

Used 2002 Atlas Valmet CW964 MP duplex center surface slitter for 6,670 mm webs, with 1,200 mm shaftless unwind, overhead web transfer, shear slitting, dual-position individual arm rewinds (1,200 mm max roll diameter), and 10-ton Bonfanti overhead crane and roll lifter. 440V/3Ph/60Hz.

Used 2010 Atlas CW812 duplex center surface slitter for 3,300 mm webs, with shafted driven unwind (up to 1,500 mm roll diameter), shear slitting with individual holders, individual center surface rewind arms (1,200 mm max roll), dual edge trim rewinds, and full SICK safety enclosure. 800 mpm max mechanical speed.

Used 2001 Fischer & Krecke Flexpress 16S+Downstream gearless 8-color CI flexographic press with MRT drybond lamination and rotogravure sections, 24 - 53 inch print width, 12.6 - 31.5 inch repeat, 74.8 inch CI drum, dual turret unwinds/rewind, Indramat drives, Siemens S7 controls, and 1,500 fpm maximum speed.

Used 1999 Holweg RS-26 paper bag machine running 25 - 100 gsm paper at up to 800 bags per minute, with 900 x 1,250 mm unwind, hot-melt and paste glue system, and film window section with film unwind. Includes some spares.

Used 2021 Karlville HS-Pro-1300 duplex center slitter for 1,300 mm webs, with 1,000 mm single-position unwind, razor and pneumatic shear slitting, 610 mm max finished roll diameter, and 500 mpm top speed on plastic films, papers, laminates, and shrink sleeve materials.
