Used 2010 Sung An Machinery coater laminator (previously clean-room located) for 6 - 30 inch web widths at 3 - 110 FPM, with dual 30-inch turret unwinds, cartridge coating head with four trolleys, 24 ft six-zone flotation dryer, 20 kW IR heater, laminator section, 30-inch turret rewind, Siemens/Parker AC vector drives and controls on 415V/3Ph/50Hz. All line software has been backed up.

**All PLC and HMI software has been backed up and will be included with the line. Used PTi/Bandera HVTSE 70mm-52D five-layer sheet co-extrusion line for foamed PET, producing 43.31" wide sheet at 0.012" - 0.043" thick and 770 - 1,650 pph. Includes three extrusion systems, three-roll take-off, thickness measurement, cantilevered shaft winder with accumulator, transfer roll coater, trim recovery, and TITAN Plus PLC control on 460V/3Ph/60Hz.

Used 2002 Atlas Valmet CW964 MP duplex center surface slitter for 6,670 mm webs, with 1,200 mm shaftless unwind, overhead web transfer, shear slitting, dual-position individual arm rewinds (1,200 mm max roll diameter), and 10-ton Bonfanti overhead crane and roll lifter. 440V/3Ph/60Hz.

Used 2010 Atlas CW812 duplex center surface slitter for 3,300 mm webs, with shafted driven unwind (up to 1,500 mm roll diameter), shear slitting with individual holders, individual center surface rewind arms (1,200 mm max roll), dual edge trim rewinds, and full SICK safety enclosure. 800 mpm max mechanical speed.

Used 2001 Fischer & Krecke Flexpress 16S+Downstream gearless 8-color CI flexographic press with MRT drybond lamination and rotogravure sections, 24 - 53 inch print width, 12.6 - 31.5 inch repeat, 74.8 inch CI drum, dual turret unwinds/rewind, Indramat drives, Siemens S7 controls, and 1,500 fpm maximum speed.

Used 1999 Holweg RS-26 paper bag machine running 25 - 100 gsm paper at up to 800 bags per minute, with 900 x 1,250 mm unwind, hot-melt and paste glue system, and film window section with film unwind. Includes some spares.

Used 2021 Karlville HS-Pro-1300 duplex center slitter for 1,300 mm webs, with 1,000 mm single-position unwind, razor and pneumatic shear slitting, 610 mm max finished roll diameter, and 500 mpm top speed on plastic films, papers, laminates, and shrink sleeve materials.
