2003 DMT five-layer co-extrusion film line with five Mitsubishi extruders (5,900 kg/h total output), EDI 5-layer die, MDO/TDO orientation sections, EGS thickness gauging, Softal top and bottom corona treaters, 6.6 m winder width, 390 mpm line speed, and 14.9 KT nameplate capacity.

Used 2100mm Parkland duplex center slitter Model SM150 Series 2 with 1000mm shaftless single-position unwind with roll lift, dual disc brakes, automatic tension control, edge guide, splice board, rotary shear slitting, 800mm duplex rewind with 76mm differential shafts, full-width air-operated rider rolls, roll unloading device, Allen-Bradley touchscreen, AC drive system.

Used 80" Dusenbery two-drum winder Model 840 MH with 60" Martin shaftless unwind, Fife P100 edge guide, DFE tension control, shear slitting, 87" winding drums, steel rider roll, 20 HP Emerson DC drive, 480/3/60.

Used Thank-Metal Laboratory Coater (Chibi Coater) for coating metal foil, and equipped with 200mm diameter unwind with Electromagnetic brake, knife over roll coater, 300mm long electrically heated oven (200 degrees C max), 200mm diameter rewind. Speed: 0.03 - 0.3 mpm.

Used 1.25" Wayne extruder, 24:1 L/D, 25 pph max output @ 125 rpm (5–10 pph normal), 5 HP motor, drives and temperature controls in portable cabinet, 575°F max temperature, 6500 psi max pressure, 3 barrel heat zones, air-cooled, mounted on steel plate.

Used 71" Kusters calender, a 2-roll calender with 71" face x 14" diameter rolls, lead-in/out idlers, two 8" diameter cooling rolls, 1030 PLI maximum, mechanically driven with gearmotor on each roll, hot oil heater system, macro M/N 310-0560-1.

Used 71" Kusters calender type 212-40-1525, 2-roll embossing calender with two 71" face x 14" diameter embossing rolls, lead-in/out idlers, two 8" cooling rolls, gearmotor drive on each roll, 1030 PLI max; includes Carrier 30HK chiller for cooling rolls and HTT WTE 09-3-75-1 heater (75 kW, 300°C max) for calender rolls.

Used Kusters Calender, a 2-roll calender equipped with 86`` face x 14`` diameter rolls, two (2) 8`` diameter cooling rolls, 1000 PLI maximum, lead in/out idlers, hydraulic unit, controls, hot oil unit, mechanically driven with gearmotor on each roll.

Used Holweg RS-26 paper bag machine with 900mm x 1250mm diameter unwind, glue system (hot melt back seam, paste glue pinch bottom), film window section; cut length 220–760mm, bag height 165–745mm, bag width 100–380mm; runs 25–100 gsm paper, 800 bags/minute max; includes some spares.

Used 6670mm 2002 Atlas Valmet Duplex Center Surface Slitter. Equipped the 1200mm diameter shaftless unwind, overhead web transfer shear slitting section, dual rewind position with radially off loading, 1200mm diameter individual arm rewind positions.

Used 1300mm Karlville Model HS-Pro-1300 duplex center slitter, 50mm minimum slit width, 1000mm unwind roll diameter, razor and pneumatic shear with tangential web path, max 1200 kg, 0.5–2.5 pli tension, 76mm/152mm cores, 500 mpm max speed, 610mm max finished roll diameter; runs PE, PP, PET, PVC, paper and laminates.

Used 3300mm Atlas Model CW812 duplex center surface slitter with 1500mm shafted driven unwind (1200mm at 3300mm web width), edge guide, anti-static bars, Demag hoist crane, splice table, shear slitting section, 1200mm heavy-duty rewinds with individual arms, two motorized edge trim rewind stations, hydraulic power unit, SICK safety light barriers, 800 mpm max.

Used 55" Fischer & Krecke gearless CI flexographic press Flexpress 16S+ with downstream MRT drybond lamination and rotogravure sections, 12.6"–31.5" repeat, 24"–53" print width, 40" phantom-axis turret unwinds/rewind, three corona treaters, eight print decks, 74.8" CI drum, 42' 2-zone dryers, web inspection, Indramat drives, Siemens S7, 1500 fpm max speed.

Used Stanford model 142 LT doctor machine/salvage rewinder with 30" cantilevered unwind, Fife edge guide, razor-in-grooved-roll slitting, and 24" cantilevered rewind.

Used 1200mm CMG PVC Cling Film Blown Film Extrusion Line equipped with gravimetric/volumetric material feeding and blending system with overhead hoppers, single-layer extruder with 120mm single screw, blown film die head with air cooling ring, collapsing frame and haul-off unit, double back-to-back rewinder, 1200mm film width, chiller included (4,000 m³ capacity, 56 kW cooling capacity). Maximum output: 180 kg/h.

Used SML CAST COEX 7 seven-layer cast film extrusion line for LLDPE stretch film, 2500mm working width, 4600 kg/h nominal capacity, 12–70 micron, with seven extruders (six 75mm, one 90mm, Doteco gravimetric dosing), automatic profile control die, double chill roll unit with beta-ray gauges, winder, palletizing, and full in-line EREMA recycling loop with 8th extruder

Used Una Dyn model MB Megablender 4-Part Gravimetric Blender, a batch type blender equipped with vacuum loader and 3 HP vacuum power unit (460V/3Ph/60Hz).

Used 20" Arrow Converting Equipment UV silicone coating line with 40" cantilevered unwind (Montalvo brake, taper tension control), Coast Controls edge guide, 3-roll offset gravure coater with chambered doctor blade, Fergesen FDN-20500D 3-lamp UV dryer (500 WPI), S-wrap cooling section, score slitting, 40" cantilevered rewind, Eurotherm drives, Allen-Bradley PLC/HMI, 240VAC/3Ph.

Used Kroenert 3-roll offset gravure coating head with 67.750" gravure roll (8.5 BCM, 15 HP), 71" chrome backing roll (40 HP), EPDM/urethane transfer roll, Harris & Bruno enclosed doctor blade with three hopper heads, Magnetek DC drives, 45 fiberglass sleeves, six ceramic gravure rolls, Graymills pumps, Myers mixers, consumption scale; no PLC or HMI.

Refurbished custom meltblown line with 25" active width meltblown system, 2" extruder with manual screen changer, two spinnerettes, flatbelt collector (vacuum plenum, two forming belts, powered DCD adjustment), 70 kW air heater, 60 HP vacuum fan, Lung Meng winder with slitting, Siemens PLC/drive/HMI.

Used 1550mm Uteco model 808 8-color gearless CI flexographic press (2019, installed 2020), 600 mpm, 1500mm print width, 400–850mm repeat, with 1000mm turret unwind with automatic splicing, Ferrarini Benelli corona treater, fast sleeve change, CNC deck positioning, closed chamber doctor blades, GAMA viscosity control, Grafikontrol inspection, 2-zone dryer, 1000mm turret rewind.

Used Weima model WLK18 Shredder, a 90`` wide shredder, complete with infeed and outfeed conveyors, control cabinet, and 2 x 120 HP motors (460V/3 Ph), New in 2006. Retooled and tested in 2012.

Used 30" Stanford model 628 LS duplex center slitter with 32" unwind (3" air shaft, brake), Horton automatic tension control, Fife edge guide with CSP-01 controller, razor-in-grooved-roll slitting, 26" rewinds with Tidland slip differential shafts (3" cores, lay-on rolls), 2-motor drive.

Used 62" Egan turret rewind with 36" maximum rewind diameter, 3" and 6" air shafts, automatic splicer with air-operated lay-on roll, driven S-wrap pull roll section, driven bowed roll, single-side edge trim, load cell tension control, taper tension, Eurotherm screen, DC motors.

Used Quickdraft model MH456 Trim System equipped with a 5 HP AC motor (208-230/460V) with Allen-Bradley motor starter, intake silencer, venturi (4" in/6" out), 6" diameter 90 degree large radius elbow, and a 4" diameter 90 degree small radius elbow.

Used 53" Uteco coater laminator model Horizon D/TH 130 with 40" turret unwind, two Enercon corona treaters, gravure coater with newer chambered doctor blade, 25' 2-zone arch dryer, secondary 40" turret unwind, laminator, 32" turret winder with auto splice, AC drives, new PLC, edge guide and brakes, 400/3/60.

72" Cloeren EBR V automatic extrusion die (new in 2022, never used) with Autogauge 6254 lip adjustment system (1" centers), 72" lip slot width, multi-component deckle system, 0.025" nominal lip gap, stainless steel GemNi nickel-plated die bodies, seven thermocouples, lip heaters, spare parts; extrudes LDPE and EVA at 600–700 lbs/hr (900 max)

Used Appleton model A301 automatic core cutter with base mandrel for 120" x 3" cores and Appleton's patented Instant Diameter Change System (IDC) with carbon fiber sleeved mandrel for 120" x 6" cores, 440/3Ph/60Hz.

Used 52" PCMC 6-color flexographic CI press with 24" turret unwind, 6 print decks with Harris & Bruno Dr. Chambers, CI drum reconditioned 2016 (regrind/polish 2020), gas-fired 2-zone drying, BST PowerScope 5000 inspection (new 2021), 24" turret rewind, ABB drives, PLC/HMI (new 2016).

Used 70" Stanford 2038HC duplex center slitter with 40" shaftless roll-lift unwind (3" cores), Fife edge/web guiding, splice board, dancer tension control, shear slitting with individual knife holders, 32" cantilevered rewinds (spacerless shafts, roll pushers, full-width layon rolls), indexing roll unloading tree, 2-motor DC drive (50/15 HP), 480V/3Ph.

Used 6700 mm DSI two drum winder, an automatic geotextile slitter rewinder good for ~6700mm web width, and equipped with shear slitting, an approximately 1320mm maximum diameter rewind, auto core loading, auto length measuring, roll kicker, doffing table, and roll wrapper.

Used 15" Sterling lab extrusion coater laminator with 30" Pinnacle single-position unwind (roll lift, AccuWeb edge guide), laminator (20" chill roll, rubber-covered nip roll, backup roll), Sterlco units, two 8" secondary chill rolls, 20" secondary unwind, 36" rewind, 2" Sterling carriage-mounted extruder (25 HP, 30:1 L/D), no drives.

Used 2400mm Nordson BC 62 porous coat system coating head for random pattern hot melt adhesive coating on breathable materials, 0.85–60 gsm, 1400mm–2400mm width (reducible to 500mm), with FC 1260 coating stand, 12-zone applicator with 24 heads, BM 200 bulk melter, MX 44110 melt-tank, GP 200-12/4 metering pumps, Siemens PLC, Lenze drives, 400V.

Used 69" NDC Model 8100 TDI Infrared Web Gauge System. Sensor Type: NW 710s

Used Davis Standard blown adhesive bubble line with 3.5" model 350S extruder (24:1, 75 HP DC motor), Extek hydraulic screen changer, custom blown film die with rotating air ring, 16" 2-position unwind with AccuWeb guiding, score slitting, 16" 3-position surface rewind, 480V/3Ph.

Used Republic Machine model RM52-100-E-15-2-60D single shaft shredder, new in 2012, configured as a 52" wide x 60" long cutting chamber size reduction system for plastics with air discharge.

Used 2" Sterling extruder on carriage, 30:1 L/D, electrically heated/fan cooled, 25 HP Spectrum DC drive with blower, Barber Coleman heater controls, gearbox (13.95:1, 125 RPM), 63" centerline height, Whitlock vacuum receiver.

Used Fusion UV Systems model DRW-50QNH 50" wide UV curing unit with five 10" microwave-excited UV units (6000 watts/inch), Delta F oxygen analyzer, reaction chamber with UV shielding, nitrogen delivery for inert irradiation, quartz filters, pneumatic clamshell web handling; reportedly under 200 hours use.

Used 16" Rotoflex model VIR400 reversible inspection rewinder with 36" maximum diameter unwind (6" cores), splice board with pneumatic clamping, E&L edge guide, Control Techniques drive, Guardstar light curtain safety system, 460V/3Ph/60Hz.

Used 2500mm Laem duplex center slitter with 1200mm shaftless unwind (75mm and 150mm cores), web guide, 350mm minimum slit width, 1000mm rewinds with independent arms (4 stations), Siemens S7 PLC, 90–400 N tension; runs PET, BOPP, LDPE and CPP film; 800 mpm max speed.

Used 3465mm Wolverine flexographic stack press, owner-reconditioned, with two-position unwinds, corona treater, 4-color stack press with 3 decks, 3555mm ceramic anilox (180 LPI), 1500mm repeat, chambered doctor blades, between-deck and overhead drying, and 500mm Birch Brothers winder.

Used 2500mm Laem duplex center slitter, upgraded by Siemens in 2022, with 1000mm shaftless driven unwind (75mm cores), 250mm minimum slit width, 1000mm rewinds with independent arms (75mm and 150mm cores), Siemens AC motors, ABB drives, Siemens PLC/HMI; runs BOPP, polyester, CPP film and paper; 650 mpm max speed.

Used 63" W&H turret rewind equipped with 40" diameter maximum rewind, two 3" air shafts, automatic roll changer for continuous operation, control panel and operator interface attached to machine, no drives.

Used 14500mm Sung An Machinery extrusion coater laminator with three 1300mm automatic bi-direction turret unwinds, two Mero corona treaters, two gravure primer coating units with double driers, extrusion coating unit (90mm extruder, Cloeren die), 3-layer coextrusion unit (Cloeren die, two Maguire blenders), two Thermo Fischer beta gauges, 1300mm turret rewind, 300 mpm max.

Used 16" Custom salvage rewinder equipped with 20" diameter cantilevered unwind with 3" chucks

Used Bruckner 3-layer BOPP film extrusion line (ABC, 2500 kg/h) with three extruders (200mm+250mm main, two 90mm Coex), 1054mm Simplas die (37 bolts, 7 zones), MDO, TDO (8500mm max width), two corona treaters, flame treater, 450mm rewind, 1988 Goebel Monoslit slitter, Simoreg drives, all spares.

Used 62" AGL 64 industrial laminator with three integral unwinds (30", 24", 18" max diameter), transducer tension control, Magpowr Cygnus edge guide, 64" x 10" silicone-covered internally heated laminating rolls (50 Shore A, 10,000W each), 36" rewind with taper tension control, safety light curtain, 220V/1Ph, 80 fpm max.

Used 1350mm Uteco Onyx 808 gearless flexographic CI press, 1300mm print width (675mm min), 350mm–850mm repeat, with 1300mm automatic turret unwind (flying splice), BST edge guides, eight motorized print decks (CNC positioning), chambered doctor blades, 8 sleeves with fast change, hot oil drying, Grafikontrol video system, 1300mm turret rewind.

Used 450mm Custom Laboratory Calender Line equipped with 1200mm maximum diameter single position unwind, 2-roll calender stack on rails (hot oill heated, 149mm roll diameters - one engraved, one smooth), 1200mm maximum diameter single position rewind.

Used 60" Stanford 252 FW reversible salvage rewinder/doctor machine with 30" unwind and 30" simplex rewind (3" lug air shafts, rider rolls), Dynaweb dancer tension control with taper, Fife CDP-01 edge guide, razor-in-grooved-roll slitting, 2000 FPM, 20 HP Yaskawa V1000 drive, 460/3/60, Allen-Bradley MicroLogix PLC.
